Sophia Nadia Arowosegbe is a multifaceted individual with a drive to make a positive impact. As a law graduate from the prestigious University of Benin and an aspiring member of the largest Bar in Africa, Sophia is passionate about advocating for justice and gender equity.

Beyond law, Sophia founded Sophia Nadia Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to amplifying the voices of girl children and empowering women to reach their full potential. With a deep commitment to gender equity, Sophia’s foundation provides a supportive platform for women to thrive, prioritizing their health, well-being, and personal growth.

Through her work, Sophia aims to inspire and equip women to break down barriers, challenge societal norms, and unlock their innate strengths, ultimately creating a more just and equitable world for all.

Leadership is in Sophia’s DNA, having served as Vice President of the Law Student Association at the University of Benin. She is a vocal advocate for girl child education and a promoter of modesty.

With a diploma in Mass Communications, Sophia is equipped to effectively communicate her ideas and inspire others. She is dedicated to connecting with like-minded individuals and exploring opportunities to collaborate and make a difference.

Work Background & Ethics

She was a deputy Chief Editor of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic within 2015/2016; Miss Sophia is the founder and Chief Executive officer of Sophia Nadia Foundation, an NGO posed to encouraging the development of the younger generation as it concerns their health, hygiene and capacity building. For Miss Sophia, this is another way she can give back to the community and make a difference. Her messages about the importance of having a vision for a better future has drawn applause and commitments from several audiences she has stood before. She is a strong believer of the faith acknowledging the existence of God as ‘the Way’, ‘the truth’ and ‘the Life’.
